Good Morning Studio LLC is a small company with big ideas, located in Seattle, Washington – a city we love for its coffee, connection with the natural environment, and technological savvy, among other things. We offer services in brand identity, print / environmental graphics, and interaction design, with an emphasis on user experience and graphical user interface for web and mobile applications.

Who is behind GMS?
Walter Lau
Walter (Twitter: @imagerwalt) was born and raised in Hong Kong, and has since lived in the tech-savvy San Francisco Bay Area and cosmopolitan New York City. He studied architecture as an undergraduate at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and has worked with renowned architects Bill Massie and Michael Neumann as well as digital fabrication design consultancy Situ Studio. Throughout his extended flirtation with the world of architecture, Walter found his true passion in designing and managing his personal portfolio on the web - a side project which eventually came to redefine his career. An avid photographer, he also maintains an online photo gallery.
Jordan Pope
Jordan originally hails from Baltimore, MD and has lived between New York and Maryland for the past several years, before recently landing here on the West Coast. Contingent to receiving his Bachelor’s of Architecture from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI), his undergraduate thesis investigated the potential for incorporating interactive media into the built environment, work which he looks forward to continuing with the right client. Over the years, Jordan has likewise worked in a number of architectural offices including Mahlum, Beatty Harvey & Associates, Envision Architects, and Ziger/Snead. Aside from his interests in design, he is an impassioned film enthusiast with experience in video editing, and is always looking for opportunities to keep his skills fresh.
With a formal training in architecture and exposure to an array of peripheral design disciplines, Jordan and Walter founded Good Morning Studio in 2009. Through their rich, interdisciplinary body of experience, they are able to marry a rational approach with a more human touch in each of their designs.
